Sophia Meiyin

Today I became a grandmother. When I visited my little grand daughter at the hospital she looked so beautiful, lots of thick dark hair. Like most babies she appeared squalling, in a bassinet on the way to the nursery. She looked kind of yellow to me but maybe that was just the light. She is a nice weight - about 2.95kg. Poh Lin is ok, though she looks tired, as is natural. It was a fairly long birth, roughly five hours. But this is good because compared to others her labour is not too long.

Rizal and Poh Lin will call the baby Sophia Meiyin, a lovely combination to show her mixed heritage.
